Return & Refund Policy

Each item from Crafty Home Creations By Michelle is individually handcrafted, and many of our designs are one-of-a-kind. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We want your order to arrive safely and exactly as expected. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery at michellernaylor@hotmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first.

Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit-card provider to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the refund results from an error on our part or an item arriving damaged or defective.
