Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crafty Home Creations By Michelle. Each of our handcrafted décor pieces is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

In-stock orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

During unusually busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in preparing your order for shipment, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided with your order.

Shipping Destinations

Crafty Home Creations By Michelle ships from Quebec, Canada to customers within Canada and the United States. International shipping may also be available to eligible destinations at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and available shipping service.

Orders are generally shipped using Canada Post or another appropriate carrier when required.

Delivery Times

Delivery time varies depending on the destination and shipping service selected or available. Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation containing your tracking information after your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, Taxes & Tariffs

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Crafty Home Creations By Michelle unless specifically stated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other fees imposed upon or after importation are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also result in delivery delays that are outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care when packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Crafty Home Creations By Michelle as soon as possible and provide your order number along with photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

Please retain the item and all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed, as photographs or packaging may be required for a carrier claim.

If a shipment appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can assist in investigating the shipment with the carrier.
